Terms of use

These terms are between you and Emdur LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"). By using our apps or this website you agree to them. A signed agreement with us takes priority where it differs.

Using our apps

Keep your account details accurate and your devices secure. Do not use our apps to break the law, send spam, spread malware, or access accounts or systems you are not authorised to use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and ownership

You own what you put into our apps; we use it only to provide the service. We own our software, name and logo, and give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the apps.

Fees

Any price is shown before you pay. Purchases through Google Play or the App Store also follow that store's terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our apps are provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
