This policy covers this website and the apps published by Emdur LLC ("we"). Questions or requests: admin@emdur.com.
What we collect
- Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.
- Content you enter in an app, to provide its features.
- Technical data such as IP address, device type, app version and error reports, to keep the service secure and working.
Each app's store listing shows exactly what that app collects. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking; our server keeps request logs for 30 days.
How we use and share it
We use data only to provide, secure and support our apps, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We share it only with the hosting and payment providers that run our service, under contracts that limit their use, or when the law requires.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, including Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Security and children
We encrypt data in transit and limit access to it. Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes, and tell account holders of significant changes.
