Delete your account

You can delete your account in any Emdur app, and the personal data linked to it, at any time.

  1. Email admin@emdur.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and the app name. Or use the delete option in the app's settings, where there is one.
  2. We confirm the request is from you, then delete your account and personal data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

We keep only records the law requires, such as payment records, for the period the law sets, then delete them.
